Reliability and safety

Special metal clamp made of food-grade stainless steel is used for canning in an autoclave with SКО lids. It is placed individually on each jar, preventing deformation and swelling of lids under high pressure. Thanks to the clamps, the lid stays in place and remains undamaged.

Working principle

With clamps you can preserve with SКО lids without creating initial pressure of 1 atm. This is convenient as there is no need for a pressure pump. Simply put the clamps on jars – and they will securely fix the lid during sterilization.

Ease of use

The clamp consists of two parts, easily put on and removed without additional tools. Made of durable corrosion-resistant material, allowing multiple use.

Reduced load on the autoclave

When using clamps, the load on the autoclave is reduced by half. If with initial pressure of 1 atm the working pressure reaches ~4 atm, then without it – only ~2.2 atm. This makes the process safer and extends the autoclave's service life.
