Clamps for SKO lids – set of 10 pcs.

Special metal clamp made of food-grade stainless steel, used for canning in an autoclave with industrial SKO lids. It is individually placed on each jar to prevent deformation and bulging of the lid under high pressure. The use of clamps ensures that during the autoclaving process, the lid will not come off the jar and will remain undamaged.

Operating Principle

Thanks to these clamps, you can work with an autoclave for canning using regular SKO lids without creating an initial pressure of 1 atm. So, if you don't want to search for a pump to create the initial pressure, just use these special clamps! It's convenient and reliable!

The clamp consists of two parts and does not require additional equipment for attaching and removing. Made from durable material, it is suitable for repeated use.

Using the clamps allows you to operate an autoclave in steam mode with regular jars and SKO lids. Simply attach the clamp and cook in the "steam" mode for your enjoyment.

Another advantage of using the clamps is that it reduces the load on the autoclave by half.

The working pressure when creating an initial pressure of 1 atm will be approximately 4 atm, whereas without the need to create the initial pressure, the working pressure will be approximately 2.2 atm.
