Return and Exchange Policy

"Ukrpromtech" company provides returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Return and Exchange Period

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", within 14 days from the date of purchase, a functional product, i.e., a product of proper quality that, for any reason, does not meet the buyer's satisfaction, can be returned.

Return and Exchange Terms

By current legislation, the consumer has the right to return or exchange non-food products of proper quality if the product does not meet certain parameters or cannot be used for its intended purpose due to other reasons.

The consumer must fulfill the following conditions for the return or exchange of the product:

If it has not been used;

If its commercial appearance is preserved;

Consumer properties, seals, labels;

The payment document was issued to the consumer along with the purchased product.

If the product is not functioning, return or exchange will only be processed after confirmation from the service center that there has been no misuse of the product. Return or exchange is at the expense of the buyer.

Refund Policy:

In the case of prepayment, if the buyer refuses the product upon receipt, the refund for the product will be processed within 3 working days and will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made.

Refunds are processed within 3 working days after receiving the returned product, provided that the conditions for returning the product, as published above, are adhered to.

According to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights," the company reserves the right to refuse a buyer's request for return or exchange of non-food products of proper quality if they belong to the categories listed in the current List of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange..
