1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for the collection, use, storage, protection, and processing of personal data of users of the autoclav.com.ua website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). The Website is owned by Uteho LLC, EDRPOU code 38975875 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). This Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”, the Law of Ukraine “On Information”, and other regulatory legal acts of Ukraine.
By using the Website or providing personal data through any forms available on the Website, the user confirms that they have read this Privacy Policy and agree to the processing of their personal data in accordance with its provisions.
2. Personal data we process
The Company may process the following categories of personal data voluntarily provided by the user while using the Website, as well as certain technical data automatically transmitted by the browser:

- delivery address, locality, branch number, or courier delivery address;
- data required for placing, paying for, and fulfilling an order;
- information submitted through the “Request a call”, “Ask a question”, online chat, and review forms;

When placing an order, personal data necessary to make payment in accordance with the payment method selected by the user, as well as to arrange delivery of the goods (Nova Poshta, self-pickup), may be processed.

The Company applies the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Access to personal data is granted only to authorised employees and contractors who require such information to perform their official or contractual duties.

The Company does not sell, exchange, or otherwise commercially distribute users’ personal data. Access to personal data is granted only to employees and contractors of the Company who require such information to perform their official or contractual duties, as well as to other persons in cases provided for by Ukrainian law.
10. Retention period
Personal data is stored no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes of its processing, until the user withdraws their consent (if consent is the legal basis for processing), or for the periods established by Ukrainian law. After the retention period expires, personal data is deleted or anonymised unless otherwise required by Ukrainian law.
