Lids and Stands
Lids and Stands
An autoclave kit is incomplete without several essential components. The lid, which performs one of the main functions, and the stand, which ensures the stability of the jars, are both crucial. Uteko offers a variety of lids and stands to meet your needs.
Autoclave Lids
The lid for an autoclave seals the environment inside the unit and prevents foreign objects from entering the tank. There are options available for each autoclave series, made from the same type of metal. Uteko offers the following types:
Gaskets for Autoclaves
For absolute sealing, a tight gasket between the lid and the autoclave tank is essential. This function is fulfilled by a rubber gasket specifically made for each model of the device. If the gasket is damaged, the autoclave should not be used. Gaskets are available for the following models:
Clamps and Lid Holders
Autoclaves from the A and Uteh series come with specialized clamps. These clamps can also be purchased separately from the manufacturer's website if needed. The main advantage of these clamps is that they can be tightened by hand. They feature a rubberized surface for optimal grip. If manual force is insufficient, a convenient handle is included to easily tighten or loosen the clamps.
For electric autoclaves: These stands prevent contact between the contents and the heating element or heater. They are available in stainless steel and black metal.
For gas models with external heating sources: Stands are also available in both types of metal.
Products from the manufacturer can be purchased through the phone numbers listed on the website. Delivery is handled by Nova Poshta, by courier, or by branch offices. Payment can be made via PrivatBank card, cash on delivery, or in cash only for pickups from Chernivtsi.
Jar Stands for Autoclaves
To prevent glass jars or retort pouches from directly contacting the steel tank of the autoclave, special stands are placed at the bottom of the autoclave. These stands prevent damage to the containers during autoclaving at high temperatures. The design consists of two elements that can be easily placed at the bottom of any device, even those with narrow openings. Stands come in two types:
