Mushroom Soup for Winter for 5 Retort Pouches

Ingredients

  • Potatoes500g
  • Carrots300g
  • Onions70g
  • Mushrooms200g
  • Dried White Mushrooms500g
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Bay Leaf
  • Sunflower Oil

Step 1

Chop the carrots, onions, and potatoes.

Step 2

Clean and slice the mushrooms.

Step 3

Open and prepare the retort pouches for filling.

Step 4

Distribute the chopped vegetables and mushrooms into the prepared containers.

Step 5

Add dried white mushrooms to the retort pouches.

Step 6

Add spices: a bay leaf, black pepper, allspice, oil, and salt to each pouch.

Step 7

Add 450 grams of water to each pouch.

Step 8

Seal the retort pouches using a special sealer.

Step 9

Load the retort pouches into the autoclave and process at 110 degrees for 30 minutes.

Step 10
