Pulled Beef Burger Recipe

Pulled Beef Burger  combines juiciness, spiciness, and crisp freshness. This burger with a Ukrainian twist has a unique flavor that will satisfy even the most discerning gourmets and lovers of hearty meals. The secret lies in the tender, flavor-rich pulled beef, prepared and preserved in an autoclave, which serves as the main ingredient.

The pulled beef is the star of this dish. Thanks to autoclave cooking, the meat becomes so tender it melts in your mouth, retaining all its juices and aromas. The addition of garlic gives the meat a slight piquancy, while American mustard adds a mild sweet-spicy note. We cook at 110 degrees for 40 minutes.

The brioche bun is the base of the burger, airy and slightly sweet, enhancing the rich taste of the beef without overshadowing it. Fresh vegetables — iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers — add crispness and freshness, making the dish light and balanced.

Beef Burger for 2 Servings

Ingredients

  • Beef (pre-cooked in an autoclave)2kg
  • Brioche bun2 pcs
  • Egg1 pc
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Sugar20g
  • Oil200g
  • American mustard100g
  • Fresh iceberg lettuce
  • Tomato1 pc
  • Cucumber1 pc
  • Chili pepper1 pc
  • French mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1

Cut and grill the buns in sunflower oil.

Step 2

Marinate the cucumbers: slice them into long strips with a vegetable peeler, add oil, apple cider vinegar, French mustard, finely chopped chili pepper, 2 chopped garlic cloves, salt, and sugar. Mix all ingredients and let the cucumbers marinate for a few minutes to use in the burger.

Step 3

Wash iceberg lettuce leaves in cold water and separate them.

Step 4

Slice the onions and tomatoes into rings.

Step 5

Prepare homemade mayonnaise: in a bowl, add 1 egg, 30 grams of mustard, 1 garlic clove, a pinch of salt, a little vinegar, and 150 grams of sunflower oil. Blend until smooth, and add French mustard for extra flavor.

Step 6

Open the canned beef cooked in the autoclave at 110 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes, and shred it into fibers.

Step 7

Spread homemade mayonnaise on the bottom bun.

Step 8

Layer the vegetables in the following order: lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber, and season with salt.

Step 9

Top the vegetables with shredded beef and cover with the other half of the bun. Enjoy the amazing taste of the Ukrainian burger!
