Baby food recipe in a jar:

Recipe: Baby Puree

Baby food is very diverse - today, you can find ready-made pâtés, purees, and meat, vegetable, and fruit dishes in stores. Baby purees are designed for different ages, can come with or without added sugar, and have many variations. But can you make the first baby food at home that is as durable as store-bought yet much safer? Yes, with an autoclave, it’s possible!

Preparing baby puree at home has many benefits: you control the ingredients, ensure no harmful preservatives or added sugar, and can create purees from any fresh and quality products.

Homemade baby puree made in an autoclave retains all its nutritional benefits, tastes great, and has a long shelf life. It's the best solution for busy parents who want to provide their little ones with safe and healthy food anytime.

We have prepared several recipes with simple and accessible ingredients, suitable for both summer and winter seasons. These purees are perfect as a first food for babies, as they are easy to digest and contain natural ingredients without added preservatives or sugar.

  • Apple + Pumpkin Puree: A true source of vitamins and nutrients essential for a child's healthy development. Apples add sweetness, while pumpkin is rich in vitamin A.
  • Baby Puree - Carrot + Celery and Apple: A balanced and appealing puree for the little ones. Carrots add vibrant color, making the dish attractive to babies, and stalk celery brings a fresh aroma.
  • Pear + Apple Puree with Orange Zest: A delicious and nutritious baby food that can be eaten on its own or added to baby cereals. The orange zest adds a light citrus note, making the flavor richer and more unique. Note: orange zest can be introduced into a child’s diet after the age of 1, as it is a strong allergen.
