Meatballs in an Autoclave Recipe for Winter

Meatballs are a nutritious, delicious, and juicy meat dish. Meatballs in tomato sauce prepared in an autoclave from beef and pork mince are incredibly tender and juicy, and due to the addition of cooked rice, these meatballs are also very filling. Chopped green onions and regular onions give the meatballs a special aroma, while garlic adds a piquant touch, enhancing the dish's flavor.

Thanks to autoclave preservation, the meatballs retain their shape and flavor for a long time. The tomato sauce poured over each portion of meatballs adds an interesting accent to the dish. The peeled tomatoes used to make the sauce make it thick and rich, gently emphasizing the flavor of the meatballs without overpowering them. These rice and tomato meatballs from our chef are a true culinary delight.

Meatballs in an autoclave are not only tasty food but also an opportunity to enjoy the aroma of homemade cooking whenever you desire.

Meatball recipe for 4 jars of 1-liter volume.

Ingredients

  • Beef mince800g
  • Pork mince800g
  • Cooked rice600g
  • Green onions
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Step 1

First, let's prepare the sauce using peeled tomatoes. Pour 900g of tomato juice into a saucepan (300g for each jar). Add 30-35g of sugar, salt, oregano, dried basil, and olive oil. Bring the sauce to a boil and let it simmer. Add black pepper.

Step 2

Prepare the meatball base. Mix the beef and pork mince, add 600g of cooked rice, and finely chop or grate the garlic and onion to taste.

Step 3

Add spices: black pepper, salt. Mix everything well.

Step 4

Form meatballs weighing 30-40g. To make forming the meatballs easier, use water to moisten your hands.

Step 5

Fry the meatballs and arrange them in jars.

Step 6

Pour the sauce over the meatballs, but don't fill the jars completely. Close the jars with twist-off lids.

Step 7

Place the filled jars in the autoclave and cook the meatballs at 110°C for 40 minutes.

Step 8

Open and taste the meatballs in tomato sauce.
