Raspberry Jam Recipe

Raspberry jam with a hint of citrus prepared in an autoclave is a true taste delight for everyone who values vibrant and intense flavors. Citrus Raspberry Jam for the winter (makes 4 jars of 0.5 liters).

Ingredients

  • Raspberries1.5 kg
  • Sugar200g
  • Lime2 pcs
  • Orange2 pcs
  • Lemon1 pc

Step 1

Wash the raspberries, place them in a large bowl or pot, and cook over low heat while stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Add 200 grams of sugar to the raspberry mixture.

Step 3

Grate the zest of one lemon, two oranges, and two limes.

Step 4

Squeeze the citrus juice and add both the juice and zest to the raspberries when they are almost ready. Simmer everything for another 4-5 minutes.

Step 5

Pour the jam into jars.

Step 6

Autoclave the raspberry jam at 100 degrees for 15 minutes.

Step 7

Take out the finished raspberry jam and enjoy it on cold winter evenings.
