Mushroom soup for winter for 5 retort pouches

Ingredients for mushroom soup

  • Potatoes500g
  • Carrots300g
  • Onions70g
  • Champignons200g
  • Dried porcini mushrooms500g
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Bay leaf
  • Sunflower oil

Step 1

Cut carrots, onions, and potatoes.

Clean and slice the champignon mushrooms.

Open and prepare the retort pouches for filling.

Place the chopped vegetables and mushrooms into the prepared containers.

Add dried porcini mushrooms to the retort pouches.

Add spices: to each pouch, put a bay leaf, black and allspice pepper, oil, and salt.

Pour 450 grams of water into each pouch.

  • If the thermometer is located at the top of the container – at 110 degrees for 30 min.
  • If the thermometer is located at the bottom of the container – at 120 degrees for 30 min.
