Orange jam recipe:

Orange Jam Recipe

Orange jam is a real treat for lovers of citrus desserts. Thanks to the successful combination of juicy oranges and tangerines, with hints of ginger and the spiciness of cinnamon and cloves, this jam has a rich and unforgettable taste. The orange zest gives it a special aroma, saturating the jam with essential oils and an exquisite flavor note.

Orange jam is a choice for lovers of culinary experiments. It will complement a cup of black tea or coffee, and will also decorate any breakfast. Try spreading orange jam on freshly baked pancakes or making a sandwich with it – and you will get real gastronomic pleasure from this aromatic dessert.

The advantage of this jam is its long and safe storage thanks to autoclaving. You will be able to enjoy the taste of summer at any time of the year, as canning in an autoclave preserves the taste and nutritional properties of products for a long time. Orange jam can also be used to make homemade lemonade – just add a little jam to water with fresh mint and ice, and a refreshing drink is ready!
