Pickled Pepper Recipe

Pickled peppers using this recipe — are a true find for those who love to combine bright taste and health benefits. Thanks to the selected ingredients and the appropriate temperature regime during the autoclaving process, the peppers remain crunchy for winter, preserving their juiciness, rich aroma, and beneficial properties for a long time.

The taste of this canned pepper harmoniously complements various dishes. It combines a pleasant acidity with a light spiciness. The peppers can be served as a standalone appetizer, added to salads, or used as a side dish. 

Thanks to their high content of vitamins and minerals, peppers are very beneficial for health. For example, they are rich in vitamin C, which supports immunity, and beta-carotene, which is essential for eye and skin health. Peppers also contain antioxidants that help combat aging and reduce the risk of chronic diseases. Including peppers in your diet, even in canned form, helps maintain your health. 

Peppers for winter, recipe for pickled peppers for 6 jars of 0.5 liters each.

Ingredients

  • Beloserka Pepper1.5 kg
  • Water1 l
  • Bay Leaf
  • Pimento
  • Sugar100 g
  • Salt75 g
  • Black Pepper
  • Cloves
  • Garlic10 pcs
  • Chili Pepper1 pc
  • Dill Flowers
  • Garlic10 pcs
  • Oil1 pc
  • Vinegar150 g

Step 1

Cut the peppers into small pieces and distribute them among the jars, using 240-260 grams of chopped Beloserka pepper per jar.

Step 2

Add a few peppercorns of pimento, black pepper, and cloves to the jar.

Step 3

Slice the garlic and add 2 sliced cloves between the peppers in the jar.

Step 4

Cut the chili pepper and distribute it across all jars on top.

Step 5

Add dill flowers and a bay leaf to each jar.

Step 6

In each jar, add 40 grams of oil, 20 grams of sugar, 15 grams of salt, and 30 grams of vinegar.

Step 7

Pour water over everything, seal with lids, and cook at 80 degrees for 10 minutes.

Step 8

Enjoy the juicy and spicy peppers.
