All autoclaves we manufacture undergo pressure testing.

First test occurs immediately after welding is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, ensuring the quality and tightness of all welded seams.

The second test happens at the final production stage, just before shipping. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, a pressure of 6 atm is applied. This test ensures the functionality and sealing of components. The device remains under pressure for no less than 24 hours.

Moreover, it’s important to know that all our devices are equipped with a high-quality explosion valve rated for 6 atm. This ensures absolute safety and convenience when working with a household autoclave.

Замовила універсальний автоклав на 16 банок в неділю, в понеділок вже відправили- дякую за швидкість. При отриманні, з чоловіком були приємно вражені із якості зварювання- все зроблено дуже акуратно та надійно, також його комплектація супер проста у використанні.
Зробили партію паштету, але на наш рецепт треба трохи менше часу, а загалом ми в захваті від автоклаву. Бажаємо Вам вдалих та вигідних продажів. ДЯКУЮ

Семья подарила на день рождения. Пользуюсь 2 месяца. Так как автоклав не из нержавейки, объективных конструктивных замечаний нет.???? Уже сделал много чего: паштеты, рийеты, плов, каши с разными видами мяса, рыбу, фаршированную рыбу, митболы, ленивые голубцы, долму в конце концов и т.д. Все получилось, кое что успел попробовать, подкорректировать рецепты и опять попробовать. Гаджетом остался доволен. Есть вопросы: как подтверждена эффективность стерилизации при 110°C / 40 мин для мясных консервов? Есть ли тесты на уничтожение спор Clostridium botulinum? Какой срок хранения продукции при таких режимах, и отличается ли он от стерилизации при 120°C? Оценку за прибор ставлю 5????
