All autoclaves we manufacture undergo pressure testing.

First test occurs immediately after welding is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, ensuring the quality and tightness of all welded seams.

The second test happens at the final production stage, just before shipping. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, a pressure of 6 atm is applied. This test ensures the functionality and sealing of components. The device remains under pressure for no less than 24 hours.

Moreover, it’s important to know that all our devices are equipped with a high-quality explosion valve rated for 6 atm. This ensures absolute safety and convenience when working with a household autoclave.

Дуже вдячна за автоклав "УТех-8". Він став улюбленцем всієї нашої сім'ї. Ми придбали його в жовтні 2023 року. Продукція получається дуже якісна. За цей час ми вже приготували в ньому не тільки тушковане м'ясо, а й холодець, фарширований перець, голубці, реберця з соусом барбекю, м'ясо птиці, рибні консерви (скумбрію, сардини як з томатом, так і з олією). З кожним разом все більше смачних рецептів хочеться спробувати приготувати. За час використання у нас не виникло жодних сумнівів щодо якості агрегату. У нас є пропозиція до конструкторів цієї моделі: бажано розробити ключ для відкриття кришки, щоб він був покритий таким матеріалом, щоб не залишалося слідів подряпин на автоклаві. Так, ми з цим зіткнулися, но дякуючи Вашим консультантам, які запропонували нам використати гаєчний ключ, у нас все вийшло. Агрегат дуже якісний, але маленького гаджету не завадило би. Пишаюсь, що в нашій рідній Україні є такі виробники. Ви найкращі!!!!!!!!!

Замовляв на розетці. Хороший апарат, а головне корисний. Купив недавно але вже випробував за двома схемами класичної і на пару, результат відмінний. Так що покупкою задоволений. Обслуговування на висоті, зі мною швидко зв'язалися і швидко доставили. Щиро дякую.
