All autoclaves we manufacture undergo pressure testing.

First test occurs immediately after welding is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, ensuring the quality and tightness of all welded seams.

The second test happens at the final production stage, just before shipping. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, a pressure of 6 atm is applied. This test ensures the functionality and sealing of components. The device remains under pressure for no less than 24 hours.

Moreover, it’s important to know that all our devices are equipped with a high-quality explosion valve rated for 6 atm. This ensures absolute safety and convenience when working with a household autoclave.

Дякую. Замовлення виконано. Оперативно і швидко. Здивований що в Україні є такі виробництва. Ще не протестував автоклав Утех16, но інструкція, буклети по використанню автоклава настільки дохідливо подані, що питань не повинно виникнути.

Нещодавно придбав автоклав Утех16 газовий. Замовлення виконали швидко. Був приємно здивований якістю, відчувається що виробником є потужне підприємство. Як і рекомендував виробник, зробив тестовий запуск, заклавши три баночки з рибою згідно рецепту, який я знайшов в книзі, яку додоють до автоклава. Все вийшло чудово! Агрегат працює відмінно! Головне, слід суворо дотримуватись інструкції по експлуатації. Як і попереджав виробник, вода після першого запуску трішки помутніла і місцями з'явилась іржа. Але це не критично, враховуючи що виріб з чорного металу і на роботу автоклава не впливає. Просто після використання, слід зберігати автоклав в сухому місці. Фарба не облізла, а ледь потьмяніла в місці контакту з вогнем. Всі заявлені характеристики (час виходу на робочий режим, температура, тиск) відповідають заявленим. Дуже задоволений. Дякую виробнику за чудовий і корисний виріб!
