All our autoclaves are welded using the TIG method in an argon gas environment. Even black steel autoclaves are welded using this method. This ensures the quality and reliability of the welds.

Each autoclave undergoes double testing under high pressure, eliminating the possibility of defects before shipping.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW!

Absolutely all autoclaves of our production undergo pressure testing.

The first test of the autoclaves is conducted immediately after the welding work is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, which allows us to ensure the quality and tightness of all welded seams.

ВThe second test occurs at the final stage of autoclave production, just before shipping. After all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, the pressure is increased to 6 atm. This test ensures the functionality of the components and their sealing and tightening. The device remains under this pressure for at least 24 hours.

Moreover, it is important to know that all our devices are equipped with a high-quality explosion relief valve set at 6 atm. This guarantees absolute safety and convenience when working with a household autoclave.

Придбав десь тиждень назад такий автоклав. Якість виготовлення дуже висока, працює просто і якісно, дуже задоволений роботою. Рекомендую усім цю модель, по-перше розміри дуже суттєві, по-друге навантаження 2 кВт (звичайна розетка витримає), третє все працює в автоматичному режимі. Єдине маленьке зауваження: ключ для затягування кришки треба було зробити загнутим а не прямим, як автомобільні.
