All autoclaves we manufacture undergo pressure testing.

First test occurs immediately after welding is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, ensuring the quality and tightness of all welded seams.

The second test happens at the final production stage, just before shipping. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, a pressure of 6 atm is applied. This test ensures the functionality and sealing of components. The device remains under pressure for no less than 24 hours.

Moreover, it’s important to know that all our devices are equipped with a high-quality explosion valve rated for 6 atm. This ensures absolute safety and convenience when working with a household autoclave.

Придбав саме цей варіант для каші приготування в реторт пакетах. В цілому задоволений апаратом проте в умовах сільської місцевості з проблемами по напрузі використовую його в парі з газом. Результатом задоволений. Рекомендую. Проте для простого домашнього готування краще обрати набагато менший, 16 банок на 0.5л буде саме то. Дякую всім причетним, думаю на покупкою інших ваших товарів)

Доброго дня. Придбав свій перший автоклав. Доставили вчасно, якістю виготовлення задоволений, те що відразу не поклали документацію то дрібниці, через декілька днів все прийшло.
Варив два рази тушонку але відмінного результату так і не отримав:
Першого разу поставив 5 банок залив водою по інструкції. Виходив на режим стерелізації, більше трьох годин. В результаті продукт перетушкувався та давав гіркоту.
Другого разу завантажив повний, так як вважав що знаю всі недоліки, але не так трапилось. При нагріванні террморегулятор почав виходити в аварію, час нагрівання близько 4-х ходин. Стерилізацію проводив на подвірї, з температурою повітря близько 30 градусів, вода кімнатної температури, не з колодязя. Завдяки технічній підтримці, дякую величезне, вдалося спасти продукт.
Тож, хто вважає що купив і все працює на відмінно, то не тіште себе надією.

Вітаю. Ми звʼязались із клієнтом та вияснили що проблема саме в такому тривалому виході на робочу температуру. Даний автоклав повинен нагрітись до робочої температури приблизно за 2 години. Причиною такого тривалого нагрівання як правило є одна з двох причин, а саме:
1. Занадто низька напруга в мережі, менше стандартної в 230В. Це напряму впливає на потужність тена та уповільнює нагрів
2. Безпосередньо проблема із самим нагрівальним елементом ТЕНом.

Клієнт стверджує що із напругою у нього все добре, тому вирішили відправити на заміну новий нагрівальний елемент по гарантії і далі бути на звʼязку

Решили приобрести в домашнее хозяйство автоклав. Друзья посоветовали этого производителя. Мы перезвонили, нам ответил Виталий и все конкретно рассказал о ценах и доставке.
