All our autoclaves are welded using the TIG method in an argon gas environment. Even black steel autoclaves are welded using this method. This ensures the quality and reliability of the welds.

Each autoclave undergoes double testing under high pressure, eliminating the possibility of defects before shipping.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW!

Absolutely all autoclaves of our production undergo pressure testing.

The first test of the autoclaves is conducted immediately after the welding work is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, which allows us to ensure the quality and tightness of all welded seams.

ВThe second test occurs at the final stage of autoclave production, just before shipping. After all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, the pressure is increased to 6 atm. This test ensures the functionality of the components and their sealing and tightening. The device remains under this pressure for at least 24 hours.

Moreover, it is important to know that all our devices are equipped with a high-quality explosion relief valve set at 6 atm. This guarantees absolute safety and convenience when working with a household autoclave.

Отримав замовлення - УТЕХ-8. Тільки що розпакував і не втримався,щоб не написати відгук. Приємно вражений якістю виробу, пакуванням і обслуговуванням. Надіюсь, що і від екплуатації будуть такі ж враження. Жалкую, що не замовив нержавіючий, його можна було використовувати як перегонний куб для дистиляції. Підприємству - успіхів, колективу -здоров"я і хорошої зарплати !!!!

Тількі получив цей аппарат.Дуже задоволений всім.Виглядає на всі 100%.Зроблений дуже гарно.Кампанїї респект та уважуха.Не бот.Вже купив банки та буду працювать.І саме найкраще,що це наше УКРАЇНСЬКЕ.Компанїї процвітання.Думаю що не пожалкую.Сам початкивець у цій справі.

Чудовий та якісний виріб, зручний в використанні. Заказ виконаний в найкоротчі терміни, виріб дуже добре запакований. Дуже радий, що в Україні виготовляють такі якісні вироби. Сплачував на банківську картку, бо заказував на сайті виробника. Дякую за гарне обслуговування. Виріб вже перевірив в роботі, якістю задоволений.

У автоклав есть небольшой недостаток . Фланец бака при сварке ведет из-за этого наружный край кольца ниже внутреннего .Потому крышка и резиновое кольцо не прилегают плотно по всей площади . Не плохо было бы фланец делать из металла толще миллиметров 8 . Может тогда его не будет выгибать . Герметичность он из-за этого не потерял но было бы надёжнее .

Спасибо за отзыв. Да действительно, фланец может иметь небольшой угол наклона и это допустимо. Для компенсации есть толстая (5мм) уплотнительная резина, она достаточно мягкая и без проблем справляется со своей задачей. Кроме того на резине предусмотрены специальные выступы которые попадают в канавки фланца и крышки, поэтому разгерметизация автоклава - невозможна, что и подтверждается выполненными испытаниями.
