The jacket fits UTEHO stainless steel autoclaves of the "A" series. Autoclave modification is required for connection.
It is a special shell around the autoclave body through which cold water can be supplied after sterilization is complete. The jacket lowers the body temperature evenly and quickly, which speeds up the overall canning cycle.
Cooling should only be started when the temperature is below 110°C. Water must flow freely — the outlet must not be blocked to avoid risks.

The principle is very simple yet effective: water enters through the lower pipe, envelops the body of the autoclave inside the jacket, and exits through the upper pipe. It is a continuous flow system. No pressure, no risks, but effective cooling.
