Orange Jam Recipe

Orange jam is a real treat for citrus dessert lovers. With a blend of juicy oranges and mandarins, accented with ginger and the piquancy of cinnamon and cloves, this jam has a rich and unforgettable flavor. The orange zest adds a special aroma, infusing the jam with essential oils and a distinctive flavor note.

This orange jam is a great choice for culinary enthusiasts. It pairs perfectly with a cup of black tea or coffee and elevates any breakfast. Try spreading the orange jam on freshly baked pancakes or use it as a topping for a sandwich – you’ll experience true culinary delight from this fragrant dessert.

The advantage of this jam is its long and safe storage thanks to autoclaving. You can enjoy the taste of summer at any time of year, as autoclave preservation retains the flavors and nutritional properties of the ingredients over a long period. Orange jam can also be used to make homemade lemonade – simply add a bit of jam to water with fresh mint and ice, and you’ll have a refreshing drink ready to go!

Step 8

Add half a cinnamon stick to each jar.
