What to pair chicken with root vegetables? This homemade stew pairs well with various side dishes, such as mashed potatoes, buckwheat, rice, and can be a great addition to pasta. It can also be used for quick snacks or served as a standalone dish with crispy bread or bruschettas.

The benefits of this dish are quite evident. The root vegetables in the chicken stew are a source of vitamins A, C, and E, which support skin health, boost the immune system, and improve vision. Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, and parsnips contain folic acid, which is important for the proper functioning of the nervous system.
