Delivery all over Ukraine

New Mail - delivery to the branch

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days from the date of your order.

You can easily track the delivery status on the Nova Poshta website or in your personal account (if registered). The cost of delivery is calculated according to the carrier's rates.


Nova Poshta - courier delivery

You can order home delivery by Nova Poshta courier to your home or office.

Delivery time from 1 to 3 days. When the order is in your city, a representative of Nova Poshta will contact you to agree on the delivery time.

Please note! The cost of courier delivery is more expensive than delivery to the branch.


Pickup from Chernivtsi

You can also pick up your order yourself.

Call the numbers listed on the website and we will agree on a time. We are located on Mykolayivska Street, opposite the construction lyceum.

You can pay for your order in one of the following ways:


Payment upon receipt (cash on delivery)

Prepayment is not required! Pay for the order upon receipt.


Payment to Privat Bank card

Pay for your order by transferring funds from your card to our Privat Bank card.


Online payment (by bank card)

The site offers the option to pay for your order online via the LiqPay service from Privat Bank.

Please note! The card must be available for online payment. If you are not sure about this option, you should check with the service department of the bank that issued the card.


Payment in installments

If you don't have enough money to make a purchase, you can use the "Instant Installment" service from Privat Bank.

Please note! Before purchasing, check the instant installment limit - it must be greater than or equal to the order amount.


Payment in cash

Pay for your order in cash upon receipt in Chernivtsi.


Cashless payment to the account

We will prepare an invoice for you for non-cash payment.




Payment for goods for shipment abroad

To send goods abroad, full prepayment is required, including delivery.

1. Payment via international services

We accept payment through the following convenient international services:

  • Western Union
  • MoneyGram
  • Revolut
2. SWIFT payment to bank details (IBAN)

You can make a bank transfer from your bank to our IBAN account. We will provide the details after confirming the order.

3. Payment by card via MasterCard

You can also pay for your order by transferring funds to your card via the MasterCard system.


Returns and exchanges

After receiving your parcel, you have 14 days to check the ordered product and decide whether it meets your expectations.

Money for the goods will be returned within 1-2 days if all items are intact.

Please note!Returned items must not be damaged or used. All original packaging, gift sets and tags must remain in place.


The buyer pays for the delivery of the goods upon return.

Manufacturer's warranty

As a manufacturer with over 10 years of experience, we are confident in the quality of our products and provide a guarantee for the entire model range from 1 to 5 years.

The warranty period should not be confused with the service life, which ranges from 10 to 50 years, depending on the product.

Please note! Warranty service means repair of a product of any complexity, provided that the safety and use rules described in detail in the instructions for your product were not violated during operation of the product.

We take full responsibility for shipping warranty goods and pay for delivery in both directions.

Minor faults or damages that occurred due to the user's fault or during the post-warranty period are repaired free of charge, but in this case the customer pays for the shipping costs.


Defective products are accepted for warranty service only after prior consultation with the technical support department.

Delivery abroad

We ship your orders to almost any country in the world. For each region, we select the most convenient and profitable delivery method.

Shipping methods vary by country:

  • Via drivers — delivery via drivers is possible to some countries (for example, Poland). After arrival in the country, the order is sent by local mail.
  • Domestic postal delivery - the driver delivers the parcel to the country, and then it is sent by domestic post (for example, InPost in Poland).
  • UkrPoshta — used in countries where there are no alternatives. This is the most expensive and slowest option.

We always choose the best delivery method for each country - based on price, speed, convenience and your wishes.

❗️Important to know: Postal deliveries abroad may have nuances: customs clearance, address delivery, processing time.

Note: Some delivery methods require personal collection at pick-up points (especially when delivered by drivers, if there is no address delivery).
