It is also possible to manufacture cages from stainless steel.The cages are made from galvanized profile materials, including profile, mesh, feeders, and trays, ensuring they are corrosion-resistant and allow for long usage.
If you intend to keep a small number of quails to obtain nutritious eggs for your family, you can use a small single-tier cage. Each tier has internal dimensions of 100cm x 50cm x 30cm, accommodating approximately 50 quails. It is placed on a 30cm base for convenience. The cage is constructed from galvanized materials (corners, profiles, welded mesh, rivets), and equipped with nipple drinkers, water containers, hopper feeders, and galvanized trays for collecting droppings.
Such a cage can be placed on a balcony, in a summer kitchen at your dacha, or any other convenient location. If you decide to increase the quail population, you can add tiers on top, securing them together.
Inside each section, a nipple drinking system from the Netherlands is installed. Galvanized trays for collecting droppings allow for easy cleaning. The extended egg collector ensures easy access for egg collection. Each section is equipped with a hopper feeder, providing birds with food for up to 2 days and minimizing feed wastage and significant losses.
Upon agreement with you, we can install water containers or provide cages with special connectors for connection to existing water supplies. We paint the droppings trays, which doubles their service life. The floor is lined with a mesh with a 12x24mm grid. This grid lets droppings pass through easily, leaving all eggs clean.
