Sweet Corn Recipe

Do you love sweet corn? This summer taste is easy to preserve for the winter. Corn canned in an autoclave turns out tender, juicy, and aromatic, and most importantly - it retains its natural taste and benefits.

Why an autoclave? It ensures quality sterilization, guaranteeing long-term storage without loss of flavor. In steam mode at 105⁰C, just 10 minutes is enough for the cut cobs to remain soft yet whole. It is quick, convenient, and safe - the perfect way to get a natural product for the winter.

Canned cobs are a versatile preparation. They are suitable as a snack on their own, as well as for side dishes, soups, salads, or meat dishes. If desired, you can use whole cobs or cut off the kernels - they go perfectly with vegetables and sauces, adding a touch of summer freshness to dishes.

Unlike traditional canning, which requires long boiling and extended sterilization, the autoclave significantly reduces time and makes the process fully controlled. You get a ready-made product without unnecessary effort - tasty, high-quality, and long-lasting.

Corn for 3 jars of 1 liter each.

Canned Corn Cobs - Ingredients

  • Corn6 pcs
  • Sugar40 g
  • Salt40 g
  • Water1200 ml
  • Sugar20 g
  • Bay leaf
  • Sunflower oil50 ml

Step 1

Clean the corn

Cut the corn cobs into smaller pieces

Arrange in jars, filling liter jars to the top.

To balance the taste, add a teaspoon of salt and sugar.
