Traditions and peculiarities of culture

Christmas kutya— a traditional Ukrainian dish, filled with a festive mood and unforgettable taste. Thanks to modern technology, it can not only be prepared for one evening but also canned in an autoclave, allowing it to retain its freshness and benefits for a long time. Canned kutya is a great solution for those who value their time and want to have the true taste of Christmas at any moment.

The recipes for kutya are highly diverse, and our version of autoclave-canned kutya is the perfect choice for those who plan to prepare in advance for the festive table and save time in the pre-holiday hustle. It is also an essential option for travelers, as it is convenient to take on the go. This version of kutya will be especially interesting for volunteers and those preparing meals for the military, as the dish does not require special storage conditions, and soldiers will be able to enjoy the festive taste even far from home.

The taste of Christmas kutya is balanced and harmonious. The base of the dish is juicy wheat. The sweet notes of dried apricots, raisins, honey, prunes, halva, and candied fruits create a complexity of flavors. Walnuts add a subtle nutty taste. Poppy seeds create a light spicy accent, perfectly finishing this composition, while the citrus zest adds freshness and a citrus fragrance that complements the rich taste of the dish. In addition to the incredible festive taste, this combination of so many nutritious and beneficial ingredients provides a real boost to the immune system in the cold season.
