Beans in an autoclave prepared with mushrooms and vegetables in retort pouches — a delicious and nutritious option for quick snacks.   • Garlic5 cloves
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Sunflower oil

Step 1

Pre-soak 2 kg of beans for 24 hours.

Chop 500g of onions and fry them in a pan.

Fry the mushrooms together with the onion until golden brown.
