Recipe for Beans in an Autoclave

Beans in an autoclave prepared with mushrooms and vegetables in retort pouches — a delicious and nutritious option for quick snacks. The dish's harmonious taste is created by the combination of the tender texture of the beans and the juicy mushrooms. The addition of onions and garlic gives the dish a special character, highlighting the natural flavors of the main ingredients. Beans in an autoclave for winter storage have a special advantage - long-term preservation without losing taste and beneficial properties. Beans in an autoclave for winter in 9 retort pouches.

Ingredients

  • Beans2kg
  • Mushrooms1kg
  • Onion500g
  • Garlic5 cloves
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Sunflower oil

Step 1

Pre-soak 2 kg of beans for 24 hours.

Step 2

Chop 500g of onions and fry them in a pan.

Step 3

While the onion is frying, chop 1 kg of mushrooms.

Step 4

Fry the mushrooms together with the onion until golden brown.

Step 5

Chop 5 cloves of garlic and add to the mushrooms and onions, along with salt and pepper.

Step 6

Prepare retort pouches for filling.

Step 7

Fill the retort pouches with beans.

Step 8

Add the fried mushrooms, onion, and garlic on top.

Step 9

Seal the pouches using a sealing machine.

Step 10

Preserve the beans with mushrooms in an autoclave at 110°C for 20 minutes.

Step 11
