Video instructions for making strawberry jam

An unusual combination of strawberries and basil

Strawberry Jam with Basil—an interesting combination for connoisseurs, preserved in an autoclave. Strawberry jam has been known for its rich taste since childhood. The jam is alluring with its delicate texture and sweetness. We offer you an unusual combination of jam with basil for winter. Strawberries, with their natural slight acidity, complement the freshness of basil, creating an extraordinary fragrant duet. After cooking in the autoclave, the jam is as homogeneous as possible and perfectly retains its beneficial properties for a long time without losing quality.

If you're looking for interesting jam recipes, definitely try making this dish. Strawberries are a real source of vitamins, especially C and B vitamins, which support the immune system and maintain healthy skin. They also help fight stress, as they are rich in antioxidants. Basil is also very useful, known for its anti-inflammatory properties and promoting better digestion.

Autoclave strawberry jam tastes balanced: the sweetness of the strawberries is fully revealed, and the essential oils of basil add a delicate touch of freshness and lightness. This combination makes the jam original and sophisticated. It goes perfectly with toast, croissants, or even sweet dishes like pancakes.
