All autoclaves we manufacture undergo pressure testing.

First test occurs immediately after welding is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, ensuring the quality and tightness of all welded seams.

The second test happens at the final production stage, just before shipping. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, a pressure of 6 atm is applied. This test ensures the functionality and sealing of components. The device remains under pressure for no less than 24 hours.

Moreover, it’s important to know that all our devices are equipped with a high-quality explosion valve rated for 6 atm. This ensures absolute safety and convenience when working with a household autoclave.

Чого вартує додати в кришку клампове з'єднання? Дрібниця, а універсальність виросте на 200%. І автоклав, і дистилятор, і ще багато чого можна робити. Срані москалі давно вже це роблять, а наші виробники, що гірші? Але шось побажання користувачів ніхто до уваги не бере, ні ручок на кришці, ні товстих ручок так і немає

Дякуємо за відгук. Шкода що склали таке враження, ми якраз той виробник який завжди працює над покращенням власних продуктів, щоб вони дійсно були ще більш зручні та приємні в використанні.
1. Поставити клампове зʼєднання - це не проблема, але для нього немає місця на кришці, тому ми пішли шляхом що всі наші дистилятори мають універсальний вихід та підʼєднуються через шаровий кран, який вже є вмонтований на автоклаві. В випадку якщо у користувача дистилятор із виходом під кламп - ми пропонуємо окрему кришку, де тільки вихід під кламп.
2. Ручка на кришці була протестована та відкинута як ідея нашими інженерами та користувачами. Вона теж займає надто багато місця і всередині між комплектацією виявилась незручна до використання.
3. Накладки на бокові ручки автоклава уже в виробництві, це те нововведення яке ось ось попаде в серійне виробництво і всі нержавіючі автоклави будуть по замовчуванню комплектуватись. Це питання 3-4 тижнів і буде реалізовано.

Крім того ще багато ідей та проектів до покращення в процесі. За 12 років роботи ми вже багато реалізували і ще багато плануємо, справді

У доповнення:
3- Не зовсім зауваження, скоріше порада - було б гарно якби на кришці була би додаткова ручка (або 2 ) за габаритами не вище, та не ширше вже присутніх елементів, для комфортного підняття після остигання. Наприклад можна вврати широку гайку м10, у центрі кришки та додати у комплект ручку (т-образного типу - шпилька з поперчним прутом). Таке рішення полегшить відкриття коли кришка тримається за рахунок залишкового тиску, шо вимагає докладати додаткових зусиль для її підняття, що змушує хопатися за інші елементи (аварійний клапан більш всього використовуєтся, бо він міцніше за решту змонтований). А ще може комусь згодиться порада як підняти кришку, якщо використана вода в автоклаві не потрібна. Після остигання автоклаву, злити воду через кран та не закривати його, а потім відкривати кришку.

Дякуємо, врахуємо це також

Замовив вариант з нержавіючої сталі та електро-теном на 24 банки. Раніше був досвід використанння виробництва з "чорного" металу. На етапі розпакування були є деякі, незначні зауваження для виробника (виключно на мою думку): 1 підставка під банки вирізана автоматичним способом при якому забули зняти фаски з країв ( що наменьше хоча б з зовніщнього боку), коли береш її руками є ризик порізатись, та й дуже "болить " коли підставку центруєш на дні автоклаву, а вона гострими краями шкрябає ідеально відпольоровану поверхню. На доданок - така сама фаска не знята з підставки під дном автоклаву з зовні, що може пошкодити підлогу, у разі переміщеннч пристрою у домі - на линоліуму чи ще на якісь кімнатній поверхні. 2-Ручки за шириною зроблені правильного розміру, але за товщиною тоненькі, що при завантаженому автоклаві (30 кг максимум) врізаються в долоні.
