First test occurs immediately after welding is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, ensuring the quality and tightness of all welded seams.

The second test happens at the final production stage, just before shipping. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, a pressure of 6 atm is applied. This test ensures the functionality and sealing of components. The device remains under pressure for no less than 24 hours.

Moreover, it’s important to know that all our devices are equipped with a high-quality explosion valve rated for 6 atm. This ensures absolute safety and convenience when working with a household autoclave.

Добрий день! До цього часу, впродовж 40 років користувався саморобним автоклавом, виготовленим з радянського молочного бідона. На кришці встановив трьохходовий кран, градусник і манометр(послідні 10років без нього). В нього поміщалось 14 – 1л + 2 – 0.75л банки, готував закрутки на пару. Справлявся відмінно і напевно ще з десяток років був би в експлуатації. Та ось в мережі пригледівся ваш красень-автоклав з нержавійки, придбав та ще не користувався. Хочу зауважити, що на мою думку краще б зливний кран знаходився з переді, тоді можна було б зручніше зливати воду стоячи біля газової плити, ніж з заді, де в кран потрібно ще додатково приєднати шланг на злив. Яка ваша думка відносно цього?

Отримали автоклав, вже спробували, ніби все добре. Не складно. Звичайно, потрібен досвід, і є таке питання, в комплекті нам не прийшли рецепти для консервування. А ніби повинні були бути. Якщо це можливо, хотіла би отримати, або посилання де можна перейняти. Основне час та температура автоклавування.

Доброго дня!
Сердечно дякую усім за чудовий товар. Брав А-16, тепер добрав А-32. На мою думку, це найкращий рівень виготовлення автоклава. Рекомендую усім тим, хто ще сумнівається.
