First test occurs immediately after welding is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, ensuring the quality and tightness of all welded seams.

The second test happens at the final production stage, just before shipping. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, a pressure of 6 atm is applied. This test ensures the functionality and sealing of components. The device remains under pressure for no less than 24 hours.

Moreover, it’s important to know that all our devices are equipped with a high-quality explosion valve rated for 6 atm. This ensures absolute safety and convenience when working with a household autoclave.

Володію даним автоклавом. До конструкції зауважень не маю. В Україні, на мою думку, ваші автоклави найкращі. Так як автоклав не з легких, то прийшлося робити візочок на колесах - квадрат розміром 39*39 см з профільної труби; до квадрату прикріпив колеса просиліконені для компьютерних крісел; зафіксовано даний візок до ободу автоклава, на якому він стоїть, за допомогою кутиків 90 градусів з отворами. Через кутики кріпив всю конструкцію болтами закрученими в раніш просверлені отвори з нарізаною різьбою М3.
Також докупляв сантехнічні фітинги для того, щоб можна було працювати на пару через один кран, а через інший закачувати повітря для банок з простими кришками (так як вихід з кришки під кран один, встановив трійник здвома поворотами 90 градусів + по 1 крану з кожної сторони; щоб не городити трійники з кутами, можна вварити 2 патрубки, при необхідності один з яких можна заглушити). Було б непогано, щоб для майбутніх покупців у вас з'явилися дані опції в продажі, дуже зручно виходить.

Автоклав гарно доїхав, зауважень немає, перше тестування пройшов, далі будемо консервувати і пробувати.
