First test occurs immediately after welding is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, ensuring the quality and tightness of all welded seams.

The second test happens at the final production stage, just before shipping. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, a pressure of 6 atm is applied. This test ensures the functionality and sealing of components. The device remains under pressure for no less than 24 hours.

Moreover, it’s important to know that all our devices are equipped with a high-quality explosion valve rated for 6 atm. This ensures absolute safety and convenience when working with a household autoclave.

Придбав автоклав у листопаді 2023 року. Скористувався лише нещодавно. Сам виріб як на мій погляд якісний, надійний, простий і певно що довговічний. Раніше в мене був саморобний, теж замовлений в інтернеті, який по зручності не порівняти. Але при роботі, виявилось, що термометр чомусь не показує температуру нижче 34 С. Зателефонував. Моє питання було вирішене миттєво. Одразу надіслано... безкоштовно... новий термометр. Мені як чоловікові, навіть якось незручно. Мій висновок- що зазначений виробник дуже серйозно та відповідально ставиться до якості своєї продукції, а головне- до свого іміджу.Невже в наш час таке буває? Я був вражений. Окреме дякую Олександру з тех. підтримки (так в мене висвітило на телефоні), люди дійсно відповідальні професіонали. Дуже Вам вдячний.

Скажите пожалуйста, при накачивание с насосом красный кран ниппель должен открытым или закрытым? и когда ставить в огонь красный кран ниппель должен быть открытым или нет? в видео это не сказали, вот у нее при огне кран ниппель открыт это правильно или нет? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KOyuohc-usE

Здравствуйте. В момент подкачки давления шаровый кран должен быть открытым, после чего его следует закрыть и не открывать до окончания процесса консервации, пока автоклав не остынет. Все эти моменты четко описаны в паспорте к автоклаву.
В данном видео ролике, пользователь совершил ошибку и забыл закрыть кран. Это не критично, но все таки стоит придерживатся правил эксплуатации.

Заказал автоклав А8 оплатил 10.04.14г. переводом "золотая корона" 11.04.14 был выслан в мой адрес в Санкт-Петербург, получил 25.04.14. Товар пришел в полной комплектации, качество сборки 5+. Единственный минус, при пересылке были погнуты ручки (все исправилось пласкогубцами), его реально толи кидали, толи пинали. Упаковка в хлам. Сам он металический, хрен сломаеш!!! Огромное спасибо за качество упаковки принадлежностей спрятанных внутрь апарата, ртутный термометр выдержал бы полет на землю с высоты небоскреба! Удачи в продажах!
