Non-flow water distillers are a complete closed-loop system, more commonly known as moonshine stills. Uteho offers several models, both gas and electric. Generally, the construction includes the following elements:

A moonshine still is used to produce distilled water or alcoholic beverages. The basic principle of operation involves evaporating a liquid or mash (in the case of alcohol), condensing the vapor, cooling, and collecting the condensate, resulting in the final product. The liquid needs to be distilled only once, while alcohol becomes purer with each cycle. Since the apparatus handles food products, it is made from high-quality food-grade stainless steel of the Asis brand. This material guarantees the durability of the device and minimizes damage during use. The interaction method between the heating element and the body introduces specific variations in the device's kit, so each model should be considered individually.

All steel elements of the still are made from stainless steel with a thickness of at least 2 mm. The ferromagnetic thickened bottom allows the still to be used on gas, electric, and even induction stoves, with induction providing faster heating. This makes the device quite versatile. It is equipped with essential elements, such as a safety valve to prevent tank deformation due to excessive pressure, and a dry pot for efficient purification of the distilled liquid through air deflegmation (boiling at a lower temperature). The clamp connection is necessary for attaching the condenser or additional elements (e.g., a rectification column) if needed. A thermometer is included for monitoring the temperature inside the container, and a drain tap allows for the easy extraction of the finished product.
