Condensed Milk in an Autoclave Recipe

Condensed milk in an autoclave and homemade preparation - this is not only a way to recreate the taste of childhood but also a wonderful way to make a natural and tasty product without additives. Boiled condensed milk in an autoclave requires these ingredients: milk, powdered milk, and sugar. It is better to use homemade milk, as it has a high-fat content and no harmful additives, but you can also use store-bought milk from a reliable producer, as long as it is high quality and free from harmful elements (palm oil, etc.) that could affect the preparation and taste of the finished product. Condensed milk is a source of childhood memories - sweet wafer cakes made by mom or grandma in the kitchen are remembered by everyone. There is also a wide range of incredible creams and desserts based on condensed milk.

For example, a quick recipe from our chef: condensed milk, sour cream, and salt - whisk everything until smooth. This sweet cream with a slightly tangy taste can easily be used for desserts or cheesecakes.
