Ingredients for Bulgur

  • Bulgur porridge200 g
  • Onion100 g
  • Carrot150 g
  • Pork ribs1 kg
  • Water200 g
  • Salt30 g
  • Black peppercorns4 pcs
  • Bay leaf2 pcs

Step 1

Cut the ribs into smaller pieces

Pour oil into the pan and heat it. Place the meat pieces away from you to avoid burns from hot oil.

While the ribs are frying, chop the carrots and onions.

While the meat is frying to a nice golden color, prepare the retort pouches and unfold them.
