Ingredients for jam

Step 1

Transfer the blueberries to a large pot and set over low heat to cook down.

Simmer the blueberries, stirring constantly, until the volume reduces by half.

Pour the blueberries into jars.

Close the lids and place the jars in a canning autoclave, cook the blueberries at a temperature of:
  • If the thermometer is at the top of the container - 110 degrees 15 minutes.
  • If the thermometer is at the bottom of the container - 120 degrees 15 minutes.
Send to the autoclave

Step 5
