Mackerel in an autoclave is an excellent recipe for anyone who wants to enjoy tender and aromatic fish at any time with minimal effort. This mackerel recipe, cooked in an autoclave, preserves the natural taste of the fish while adding bright accents through spices and vegetables.

Mackerel is an incredibly healthy fish, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, containing a high level of protein, B vitamins, and important minerals such as selenium and iodine. As you can guess, regular consumption of mackerel in any form will help maintain your health for many years, so cooking this fish in an autoclave and adding it to your weekly diet is a great idea.

Fish in the autoclave acquires a rich flavor that combines with sweet carrots and aromatic onions. Bay leaves, coriander seeds, and allspice add piquancy to the dish, making it special for your table. The fish remains in pieces but gains a tender texture. Mackerel tastes great on its own but can also be paired with various side dishes, sauces, and fresh vegetables, or serve as a base for culinary experiments.
