First test occurs immediately after welding is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, ensuring the quality and tightness of all welded seams.

The second test happens at the final production stage, just before shipping. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, a pressure of 6 atm is applied. This test ensures the functionality and sealing of components. The device remains under pressure for no less than 24 hours.

Moreover, it’s important to know that all our devices are equipped with a high-quality explosion valve rated for 6 atm. This ensures absolute safety and convenience when working with a household autoclave.

В вересні 2025р придбав автоклав А8. Гарна упаковка, гарний вигляд автоклаву но неробочий манометр. Відправив кришку на фірму. Через тиждень, можна сказати що оперативно прийшла нова. автоклавом задоволені. Є побажання , грузи які ми купили з автоклавом виготовляти на меліметрів 5меньшими. При повній закладці друга половинка грузу не поміщається

Придбав цей автоклав дуже був
задоволений , але сталася така прикрість трохи не розрахував силу і при розкручуванні провернув в двох барашкових притискачах гайки , на подальшу роботу з автоклавом це взагалі ніяк не впливало просто потрібно було користуватися гайковим ключем , але естетичного задоволення вже не отримував . Звернувся до хлопців у тех підтримку пояснив ситуацію і вони мені з радістю тогож дня відправили 4шт затискачів , крім того дали розгорнуту кваліфіковану відповідь по деяким питанням які мене цікавили. Хочу Вам подякувати , приємно мати з Вами справу . РЕКОМЕНДУЮ !!!!

Придбав у жовтні цього року А16 газ. Вже зробив чотири загрузки в автоклав. Все добре. Головне дотримуватися інструкції рецептів, що додається до комплекта. Придбав запасну прокладку та затискачі. Платив за реквізитами, чекав 10 днів як і обіцяли. Прийшло все. Біметалевий термометр була зламана ніжка.Мабудь при транспортировці було пошкодження. Випрямив та паяльником запаяв до корпуса. Все працює. Автоклавом задоволений.
