All autoclaves we manufacture undergo pressure testing.

First test occurs immediately after welding is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, ensuring the quality and tightness of all welded seams.

The second test happens at the final production stage, just before shipping. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, a pressure of 6 atm is applied. This test ensures the functionality and sealing of components. The device remains under pressure for no less than 24 hours.

Moreover, it’s important to know that all our devices are equipped with a high-quality explosion valve rated for 6 atm. This ensures absolute safety and convenience when working with a household autoclave.

Придбав у січні автоклав а32 електро, якість справді хороша, гарне виконання тай працює без зауважень. Так, ціна не маленька але він того вартий, хотілося б якийсь презент в комплекті до автоклаву по типу: чехол на автоклав, навантажувач, чи бодай ключ закаточний... :)

Расстроил таймер. он рассчитан максимум на 90 минут. А как же приготовление по технологии су-вид? чтобы 5-6 часов держать температуру мне придется не на ночь ставить, а следить днем(((( Неужели разработчики не могли это предусмотреть.

Перше враження від цього виробу дуже позитивне, майстрам великий респект. Автоклав будемо використовувати разом з дружиною, вона тушонку, я самогонку) і з цього приводу у мене є до виробників зауваження і побажання: 1) кран зливу рідини знаходиться поруч з теном, на газовій плиті не зручно, хотілось би попереду, там де і термометр, відповідно тен ліпше збоку, таким чином бак можна і під стінку встановити, і в куток. 2) якщо виробники зроблять додатково кришу 3мм з клампом на вибір по розміру+прокладку з харчового (медицинського) сілікону, я перший у черзі))) В кришку 6мм, що можна придбати додатково врізати кламп немає сенсу, в перегінному кубі майже немає тиску. А взагалі все дуже добре, дякую Вам за працю!

У цому місяці придбав цей аппарат.дуже задоволенний ! Стояв перед вибором 24 чі 32? Вибрав -32 ! ЦЕ ПРОСТО СУПЕР !!! У магазині тепер на полки і не дивлюсь .Зробив і тушонку і рибні консерви - ВСЕ СУПЕР ! Дякую виробникам ! Оцінка 5/5 !

Нещодавно придбав автоклав A32 Electro, і він перевершив мої очікування.Користуюсь автоклавом A32 Electro вже деякий час я дуже задоволений! Виготовлений з нержавіючої сталі, виглядає надійно і точно прослужить довго. Електричний нагрів — це просто супер, не потрібно турбуватися про плиту, все працює від мережі.

Автоклав дуже місткий — легко поміщає 32 банки, що дозволяє за раз зробити велику кількість консервації. Простий у використанні, все чітко контролюється. Якщо ви любите заготовки, це ідеальний варіант!
