All autoclaves we manufacture undergo pressure testing.

First test occurs immediately after welding is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, ensuring the quality and tightness of all welded seams.

The second test happens at the final production stage, just before shipping. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, a pressure of 6 atm is applied. This test ensures the functionality and sealing of components. The device remains under pressure for no less than 24 hours.

Moreover, it’s important to know that all our devices are equipped with a high-quality explosion valve rated for 6 atm. This ensures absolute safety and convenience when working with a household autoclave.

По перше хочу подякувати усьому колективу,якій розробляв і виготовляв данний автоклав Купував А-60 електро.Видно, що виготовлений він з любовью.Однак як на мене то е ще одне дуже важливе удосконалення яке потрібно обовязково зробити:Запрограмувати в єлектронному блоці управління обовьязкові зупинки нагріву кожні десять градусів,хвилин на пять.для вирівнювання температури по всьому обему автоклаву.Тому що нагрів ,особливо в режимі на пару проходить нерівномірно.Це добре спостерігаеться в перші 20 хвилин,коли верх автоклава холодний,а до рівня води неможливо руку вдержати від температури.Виникае питання ,а яку температуру показуе на данний момент термометр,коли низ автоклава буде перегрітий,а верх ще не досягне потрібної температури.Останні (градусів двадцять)заданих градусів на приборі потрібно стабілізувати навіть по хвилині.Хвилину працюе,хвилини три тен відключаеться і стабілізуе температуру по всьому обьему автоклава.

Що стосується методу консервування "на пару", то тая як ми і описуємо в інструкції - це є складний метод, та потребує поглиблених знань та великого досвіду роботи. Під цей метод відповідно потрібно підбирати температурні режими, які будуть враховувати і швидкість виходу на робочу температуру і заповненість автоклаву та тип продукту. Режими роботи кожне автоклавування можуть суттєво відрізнятись, адже важливо дати продукту точно прогрітись до температури вище 110 градусів, тому час витримки може збільшуватись від 70 до 90 хв. Це складний та не стабільний метод порівняно із класичним методом із заповненням водою.

Замовив у виробника Автоклав "А60 electro" (220В) (Універсальний). Питань з організацією оплати та доставки не виникло зовсім. Якість виготовлення - на найвищому рівні. Засмутила доставка. Сума за послугу пакування - 250 грн за 1,5 м2 гофрокартону та стрейч-плівки, як на мене, завелика. Думаю, що якби компанія взяла на себе пакування, клієнтам було б набагато дешевше.

Дякуємо за відгук. Справа в тому що гофрокартон та стрейч плівка це і є наше пакування. 250 грн оплати пішло Новій Пошті за деревянний каркас, обрештування в якому приїхав автоклав. Такі правила для безпечної та надійної доставки

1 автоклав а40 уже приобрел доволен как слон, вот интересуюсь в добавок еще и таким, скажите пожалуйста сколько в ярусе банок можно в него уложить 0.5л, 1л, 2л, 3л

На днях получил эту модель автоклава.

Самые большие контрасты ощущаются после долгого использования автоклава на класс ниже (ржавеющая сталь, залитие масла под термометр, вваренный тен, неровное горло загрузки со следами волнистой сварки и тд).

В случае с данной продукцией - как пересесть с жигуля в мерседес s-класса: качественная фурнитура, ровные швы, исправленная 3х составная подставка, кран для слива и набора воды, визуальное наслаждение по всем мелким деталям.

Надеюсь на долгий срок службы и благодарю за качественную украинскую продукцию.Так же посоветовал бы для дополнения преимуществ и комплектности добавлять ключ под гайки, это определенно добавит к продукции нотку заботы и очередной плюс +
