How to Properly Choose Pouches for Autoclave Processing?

The thickness of retort pouches for sterilization should be at least 130 microns. The optimal shape is rectangular with a bottom. The pouch size is 160x210 mm or 160x210 mm, which is the equivalent of a 0.5L jar. A doypack of this size can hold 450-500 g of stew or freeze-dried food.

Pouches without a bottom for autoclaving are not very convenient.
