Bolognese Sauce Recipe

Meat sauce Bolognese is a classic Italian sauce that is often used to prepare pasta such as spaghetti or lasagna. But when you meet unexpected guests, you don't always have the opportunity to cook for a long time, and the incredible homemade Bolognese sauce, pre-prepared in an autoclave, saves you in such a situation. So cook with us, and then open a jar of aromatic and tasty spaghetti sauce whenever you want.

The main secret of the sauce is its heat treatment in an autoclave. Autoclaving preserves excellent taste properties, neutralizes all bacteria and allows products to be stored for a long time.

Bolognese meat sauce for the winter for 4 jars with a volume of 0.5 liters.

Ingredients

  • Shallot onion200g
  • Carrots100g
  • Celery stem150g
  • Tomato paste100g
  • Sugar20g
  • Salt / Pepper
  • Red wine100ml
  • Jenny minced meat1kg
  • Fresh thyme1 bunch
  • Sunflower oil60 ml

Step 1

Cut the vegetables (carrots, celery and onions) into small cubes.

Step 2

Fry vegetables in oil.

Step 3

Fry the meat until cooked and add salt, pepper, a few bay leaves and thyme.

Step 4

Add tomato paste to the meat and pour in red wine.

Step 5

We continue to stew the meat until the alcohol evaporates from the wine for 4-5 minutes

Step 6

We mix the prepared vegetables and meat.

Step 7

Lay out in jars, leaving 2 cm to the edge of the lid. Close the lids.

Step 8

We put the jars in the autoclave.

Step 9

We pour water into the autoclave, covering the lid of the jar by 2 cm.

Step 10

Sterilize in an autoclave at a temperature of 110 degrees for 30 minutes.

Step 11

We take out our jars with ready-made Bolognese meat sauce and taste it!
