Homemade Roast Pork

Roast pork is a dish that is easy to prepare at home using simple ingredients and spices. The recipe allows you to create delicious meat with a golden crust and juicy texture inside. This roasted meat is perfect for a festive table or a regular dinner.

Homemade roast pork is not only tasty but also safe, as you control the ingredients and can be sure that it does not contain preservatives or chemical additives.

Which roast pork recipe to choose? It is no secret that there are many variations and recipes for making roast pork, but we offer a unique recipe - canned roast pork in a jar with a sweet honey-mustard sauce. This dish will retain its freshness, juiciness, and nutritional value for several months.

How to make roast pork at home? The best cut for this dish is pork loin, which has a good balance of meat and fat, making the dish tender and juicy. The use of honey-mustard sauce adds a pleasant sweet-spicy note to the meat. You only need a few ingredients: pork loin, honey, mustard, oil, onion, aromatic pepper, bay leaf, and of course, a household autoclave. Cooking roast pork in an autoclave does not take much time, but you get a tasty and unusual meat preservation that is suitable for both regular meals and festive occasions.

Recipe for roast pork for 4 jars of 0.5 liters.

Ingredients

  • Pork loin1.3 kg
  • Onion150g
  • Honey50g
  • Strong mustard50g
  • Sunflower oil50
  • Chili1/2 piece
  • Allspice
  • Salt/pepper
  • Bay leaf

Step 1

Cut 1.3 kg of pork loin into slices that will fit in a 500ml jar. Remember: there's no need to wash the meat before cooking.

Step 2

Season the pork pieces with salt and pepper on all sides.

Step 3

For the sauce, add 50g of strong mustard and 50g of honey to a bowl.

Step 4

Cut 150g of onion into large pieces and add it to the meat. Also, add coriander and black pepper.

Step 5

Cut 2-3 heads of garlic into small cubes and add them to the meat.

Step 6

Add 50g of sunflower oil, mix well, and marinate. Leave the meat to marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Step 7

Fry the meat in the marinade in a pan until golden brown.

Step 8

In pre-prepared 0.5l jars, add bay leaves and 8 pieces of allspice.

Step 9

Place the fried pieces of meat into the jars.

Step 10

Add half of the sliced fresh chili pepper to the meat in the jars.

Step 11

Seal the jars with twist-off lids and send them to the autoclave. Cook the bologna at 110 degrees for 40 minutes.

Step 12

Enjoy the tender bologna in honey-mustard marinade.
