Ingredients for the Steam-Cooked Dish

  • Pumpkin 1kg
  • Onion 150g
  • Broth/Water400 ml
  • Turkey400g
  • Curry Paste50g
  • Salt
  • Sugar50g
  • Garlic25g
  • Black Pepper

Step 1

Peel 1000 g of pumpkin, remove the seeds, and cut into cubes.

Cut 150 g of carrots into cubes, pour in oil, and place them in a frying pan to fry.

Dice 150 g of onion and 25 g of garlic, then add them to the carrots to fry.

Add the chopped pumpkin to the fried vegetables in the pan and stew until softened for about 10–15 minutes. Add 400 g of water during the process.
