How to cook soup in an autoclave
First courses are the basis of any cuisine. There are many types, each with its own special recipe and taste. Warm soup will always warm you up in the cold season, but sometimes there is no desire or time to cook it. That is why we offer you recipes for the most popular first courses in an autoclave. They can simply be opened, reheated, and enjoyed.
Borscht in an autoclave
Ingredients (for 1 half-liter jar):
- pork ー 80 g
- potatoes ー 50 g
- onion ー 1 pc.
- carrot ー 1 pc.
- cabbage ー 100 g
- beetroot ー 100 g
- beans ー 1 tbsp.
- red bell pepper ー 50 g
- tomato paste ー 50 g
- black ground pepper ー 1 g
- salt ー 4 g
- vinegar ー 1 tbsp.
- black peppercorns ー 2 pcs.
- refined sunflower oil ー 1 tbsp.
- water

Cooking method:
- Cut the pork into cubes and place it on the bottom of the jar.
- Wash and cut the potatoes into cubes and place them as the next layer in the jar.
- Roughly chop the cabbage and put it in the jar on top, adding salt.
- Peel and cut the onion into large cubes. Wash the carrot and beetroot, peel them and grate them on a coarse grater. Then fry the carrot and onion in oil. Later add beetroot and bell pepper. At the end add tomato paste and vinegar. Put the ready frying into the jar.
- Next, add beans and pepper. Pour everything with water so that 2 cm remain to the top of the lid.
Before eating such borscht, we recommend adding 1 spoon of sour cream for a brighter taste.

Solyanka in an autoclave
Ingredients (for 1 half-liter jar):
- pork ー 50 g
- potatoes ー 50 g
- onion ー 1 pc.
- carrot ー 1 pc.
- tomato paste ー 100 g
- sausage (various smoked types) ー 100 g
- smoked chicken ー 50 g
- black olives pitted ー 5 pcs.
- pickled cucumber ー 2 pcs.
- black ground pepper ー 0.5 g
- salt ー 4 g
- bay leaf ー 1 pc.
- refined sunflower oil ー 1 tbsp.
- Italian herbs (mix) ー 1 tsp.
- water

Cooking method:
- Cut the pork into cubes and place it on the bottom of the jar.
- Wash and cut the potatoes into cubes and place them as the next layer in the jar.
- Peel and cut the onion into large cubes. Wash and peel the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater. Then fry the carrot and onion in oil. At the end add tomato paste and Italian herbs. Put the ready frying into the jar.
- Cut the sausage and smoked chicken into cubes and put into the jar.
- Cut medium-sized pickled cucumbers into small cubes and add to the jar.
- Next, add olives and all seasonings: salt, pepper, bay leaf, and pour everything with water so that 2 cm remain to the top of the lid.

Rassolnik in an autoclave
Ingredients (for 1 half-liter jar):
- pork ー 70 g
- potatoes ー 50 g
- onion ー 1 pc.
- carrot ー 1 pc.
- tomato paste ー 50 g
- pearl barley ー 1 tbsp.
- pickled cucumbers ー 1 pc.
- black ground pepper ー 1 g
- salt ー 4 g
- refined sunflower oil ー 1 tbsp.

Cooking method:
- Pearl barley must be pre-soaked in cold water for 5 hours.
- Cut the pork into cubes and place it on the bottom of the jar.
- Wash and cut the potatoes into cubes and place them as the next layer in the jar.
- Cut medium-sized pickled cucumbers into small cubes and add to the jar.
- Peel and cut the onion into large cubes. Wash and peel the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater. Then fry the carrot and onion in oil. At the end add tomato paste. Put the ready frying into the jar.
- The soaked pearl barley should be placed in the jar, and also add salt, pepper, bay leaf.
- Then pour everything with water so that 2 cm remain to the top of the lid.
Mushroom soup in an autoclave
Ingredients (for 1 half-liter jar):
- potatoes ー 50 g
- onion ー 1 pc.
- carrot ー 1 pc.
- champignons ー 200 g
- black ground pepper ー 1 g
- salt ー 4 g
- mushroom seasoning ー 0.5 tsp.
- refined sunflower oil ー 1 tbsp.

Pea soup in an autoclave
Ingredients (for 1 half-liter jar):
- pork ー 80 g
- potatoes ー 70 g
- dried peas ー 2 tbsp.
- onion ー 1 pc.
- carrot ー 1 pc.
- black ground pepper ー 1 g
- salt ー 4 g
- black peppercorns ー 2 pcs.
- refined sunflower oil ー 1 tbsp.
- bay leaf ー 1 pc.
- dill, parsley ー 10 g
- green onion ー 10 g

Cooking method:
- Peas should be pre-soaked in cold water for 10 hours.
- Cut the pork into cubes and place it on the bottom of the jar.
- Wash and cut the potatoes into cubes and place them as the next layer in the jar.
- Peel and cut the onion into large cubes. Wash and peel the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater. Then fry the carrot and onion in oil until ready. Put the ready frying into the jar.
- The soaked peas should be put into the jar, as well as add salt, pepper, bay leaf, and finely chopped greens.
- Then pour everything with water so that 2 cm remain to the top of the lid.
Before eating pea soup, we recommend adding croutons (cut white bread into cubes, mix with oil and chopped garlic, and dry in the oven or in a frying pan).
Such dishes need to be autoclaved:
- If the thermometer is located in the upper part of the container – cook for 30 minutes at 110 degrees.
- If the thermometer is located in the lower part of the container – cook for 30 minutes at 120 degrees.
