First test occurs immediately after welding is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, ensuring the quality and tightness of all welded seams.

The second test happens at the final production stage, just before shipping. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, a pressure of 6 atm is applied. This test ensures the functionality and sealing of components. The device remains under pressure for no less than 24 hours.

Moreover, it’s important to know that all our devices are equipped with a high-quality explosion valve rated for 6 atm. This ensures absolute safety and convenience when working with a household autoclave.

Оглянув "ЧЕ-40" - Газовий внутрішній шов був не покрашений всередині була ржавчина і перша загрузка і повностю ржава вода і середина відразу поржавіла те саме було з ЧЕ-16 я думав що я рукожоп і у мене ржавий автоклав а виявляється що він просто погано покрашений зекономили хлопці вони хоть пробували закривати в ЧЕ-40 щоб було без ржавчини? провіряли за скільки появляється корозія корозія бо с першої загрузки так не годиться.

Доброго дня. Бюджетні автоклави серії "Че" - газові взагалі не фарбуються із середини, а фарбуються тільки зовні. Тому, так корозія з'являється одразу після першого ж використання. Далі, в майбутньому вона призупиняється і вода вже не буде така брудна, як після перших запусків, але, все ж таки, це автоклав із чорного металу і він ржавіє. Є варіанти придбати дорожчі лінійки автоклавів із чорного металу, а саме "Че" електро, або лінійку "Утех" газові та електро - вони пофарбовані як ззовні, так і зсередини. Найкращий звісно ж варіант - це автоклав із нержавіючої сталі, він взагалі не боїться корозії

Навіть не сумнівайтеся і одразу замовляйте автоклав на цьому сайті, хлопці молодці, зробили якість вищого гатунку,закрив 20 л тушонки За раз))
На цеглинках на городі при відкритому просторі, з 0 до 115° пройшло 2:24 години і мішок маленьких дровенячок,РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!!
