All autoclaves we manufacture undergo pressure testing.

First test occurs immediately after welding is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, ensuring the quality and tightness of all welded seams.

Need know
The second test happens at the final production stage, just before shipping. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, a pressure of 6 atm is applied. This test ensures the functionality and sealing of components. The device remains under pressure for no less than 24 hours.
Moreover, it’s important to know that all our devices are equipped with a high-quality explosion valve rated for 6 atm. This ensures absolute safety and convenience when working with a household autoclave.

Доброго дня. Ні, ніякого масла заливати не потрібно
Доброго вечора. Придбав у вас автоклав ЧЕ-16. Все добре, але уже три рази роблю рибні консерви, дотримуючись вашого рецепту, але при температурі 110' градусів тиск всього 1.4 атм. Пробував температуру 130 градусів, тиск 1.6 атм. В обох випадках кістки риби не розварились. В чому може бути проблема? Дякую

Вітаємо. Так, виглядає що тиск занадто низький для такої температури. Вам варто звернутись в відділ тех. підтримки для вирішення проблеми. Номери телефонів є в гарантійному талоні та інструкції до автоклаву

Нещодавно отримав автоклав ЧЕ-16. Цілком задоволений. Запакований гарно. Вже зробив декілька закладок 0,5л банок з рибою. Вийшло дуже смачно.
З недоліків:
1. Іржавіє (але як то кажуть - бачили очі що купували)
2. Погана якість покраски дна ззовні - багато піску у красці
3. Термометр прийшов з побитим на секції спиртовим стовпчиком - думаю результат недбалого транспортування НП.
Рекомендація виробнику - вкладайте в тубус з термометром з обох боків трохи вати.
А вцілому - дякую.

2. Весь автоклав пофарбований порошком та по технології запечений в печі. Днище автоклава безпосередньо є під дією відкритого вогню, тому і більше страждає
3. Можливо пошкодився при транспортуванні. Вже організовуємо Вам заміну по гарантії
