All autoclaves we manufacture undergo pressure testing.

First test occurs immediately after welding is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, ensuring the quality and tightness of all welded seams.

The second test happens at the final production stage, just before shipping. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, a pressure of 6 atm is applied. This test ensures the functionality and sealing of components. The device remains under pressure for no less than 24 hours.

Moreover, it’s important to know that all our devices are equipped with a high-quality explosion valve rated for 6 atm. This ensures absolute safety and convenience when working with a household autoclave.

Мені все у цьому "ЧЕ-16 electro" все влаштовує.
1. Дуже простий.
2. Ціна доволі приємна.
3. Якість виконання ( зварні шви, покриття зовні, покриття всередині ).
4. Якість і точність приготування їжі ( температура чітко і зрозуміло, тиск теж норма, все співпадає і тому добре готує.

Хто хоч трохи зрозумів про що я написав, то не вагайтесь )) тушкованкой )) запасайтеся ))

почитав коментарі з приводу іржі і придбав балончик термостійкої акрилової фарби (140 грн.) до 600 градусів! замотав тен, пофарбував у два шари всередині бака, зняв з тену саморобний "кожух" і обпік газовим балончиком. Але це, не дуже допомогло, маленька іржа, все одно виступала. Тому, я взяв шматочок сала (як би не було смішно) і пратер бак із нутрі, як це роблять із чавуном! Допомогло! Автоклав бомба, тепер усі вихідні готую різні страви, експериментуємо! Дякую!

Мій опит і все буде гаразд!
1)банки мають бути закатані добре (кришка знизу має бути рівнесенька, без хвильок)
2)в банці залишити воздушну прослойку 1-2 см до кришки
3)залити водою кімн. температури, тільки не холодною! води над кришками в автоклаві має бути не менше 2 см
4)переглянути чи добре лежить ущільнівуваче кільце
5)накачати насосом 1 атмосферу і не більше! (якщо використовуєте твіст кришки, нічого качати насосом непотрібно)
6)в книжці виставив на терморегуляторі температуру 110 і час 40 хвилин для свинини
7)виймати вже готову продукцию можно тільки після того як температура опуститься менше 30 градусів, інакше позриває кришки.
Висновок:по закінченню нагрівання до 110 градусів, автоматично ключився таймер на 40 хвилин, по закінченню все виключилось. І почалось охолодження. Не став чекати бо ніч, все дістав зранку. Все чудово всі банки цілі і кришки на місці.
Один єдиний мінус зсередини ржавіє, а так все дуже сподобався автоклав ЧЕ-16.Всім раджу!!

Купила автоклав ЧЕ-16. Очень довольна работой. После работы с другим автоклавом на костре, с электричеством, конечно, гораздо удобнее, но в то же время - 3,5 кВт•час потянет не каждая сельская проводка. Поэтому есть свои +/-.
Огромное "НО" - это ржавчина. Хотя, думаю, на одну человеческую жизнь автоклава хватит.

1. Ваш автоклав оснащен тэном на 2 кВт. и такую мощность потянет абсолютно любая проводка.
2. Ржавчина - да, в черных автоклавах она присутствует, но со временем активный процесс окисления прекращается и уходит в пассивную фазу, что не доставляет никаких неудобств
