First test occurs immediately after welding is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, ensuring the quality and tightness of all welded seams.

The second test happens at the final production stage, just before shipping. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, a pressure of 6 atm is applied. This test ensures the functionality and sealing of components. The device remains under pressure for no less than 24 hours.

Moreover, it’s important to know that all our devices are equipped with a high-quality explosion valve rated for 6 atm. This ensures absolute safety and convenience when working with a household autoclave.

Автоклавом задоволений. Декілька разів робили тушенку, все вийшло. Якщо в когось прилипає прокладка, змастіть їх силіконовим мастилом-спреєм. Прокладка довше прослужить не пересихає і після розкручування гайок, кришка сама підіймається. Автоклав перед приготуванням має бути чистим, як зовні так і всередині. Інакше зовнішній вигляд може змінитись не в кращу сторону!

Автоклав классный. Закрутил гайки рукой, без ключа, думал будет протравливать, но нет, все прошло гладко. Автоклавированием занимаюсь давно, опыт и рецепты есть, но автоклав был маленький. О том что в автоклаве есть сливной кран узнал только тогда , когда достал его из коробки. Удобная вещь, но на сайте не афишируется. Единственное что мне не понятно почему слив сделан сзади, приходится автоклав на газовую плиту ставить боком. Мне кажется было бы удобно если он был спереди ну или хотя бы сбоку, тогда сливать было бы удобней, и на фото было бы его видно. И на последок обращайте внимание на то как приварена нижняя крона-подставка, нужно фиксировать так чтобы вырезы не совпадали с расположением сливного крана, а то выходящий от туда горячий воздух может повредить капроновые вставки крана. Ну это в теории, пока что проблем нет.. .Очень рад что в Украине не только кукурузу выращивают. Удачи Вам! Четверочка за корону и задний кран....
