UTEHO Citric Acid — a universal product for cleaning the autoclave and other household appliances from scale and limescale deposits. It is a food additive E-330 (C₆H₈O₇·H₂O, monohydrate), packaged in a sealed bag weighing 1 kg.
For cleaning the autoclave and the heating element, it is recommended to dissolve 10–20 g of citric acid in 1 liter of water. Such a solution effectively removes scale, improves heat transfer, and helps extend the service life of the equipment.
Citric acid can also be used:
- in the food industry — 1–3 g/kg to regulate acidity and extend shelf life;
- in cosmetics — 0.5–2% to maintain pH in creams and shampoos.
