About the Author

“My name is Ivan Ivanchuk, I am 32 years old. I come from the village of Banyliv in the Vyzhnytsia district, and I currently live in Chernivtsi. I have been familiar with home food preservation since childhood, helping my mother preserve jars at home. Back then, everything was simple: a large pot for sterilization and a traditional canning key. That was how my journey into food preservation began, long before I ever used an autoclave.”
